This was my first attempt at making falafel! They aren't the prettiest to look at, but they were quite tasty. I used this recipe, but I didn't read any of the introduction so I ended up using WAY too much grapeseed oil. *reminder to self - use very little oil, think sauté more than fry
sweet&spicy yogurt:
1. mix plain low fat greek yogurt (never nonfat), garam marsala, cayenne pepper, lil paprika, sea salt
DIP THE FALAFEL IN THE SAUCE, top with a jalapeño
enjoy.
